This project aims to benefit families without access to basic utilities, such as electric supply. Because of their low income, these families cannot pay a monthly power bill, so we decided to set up partnerships with solar energy companies
Generating electricity through solar energy is the best way to mitigate environmental impacts. The solar plates are responsible for capturing sunlight, which is transformed into electric energy. This is the process that brings clean energy to environmentally conscious consumers.
1.Reduction of pollution and carbon emission rates
The preservation of the environment also depends on each one of us – not only on the leaders of countries and large companies. Therefore, it is up to you to make choices in your daily routine that contribute to reduce environmental impacts.
Solar energy is a great ally in reducing pollution and carbon emision rates. Unlike thermal power plants, for example, which produce energy from coal or other fossil fuels, solar power is a clean resource.
2. Endless energy
The source of photovoltaic energy generation is the sun, so we can safely affirm that this alternative will never end. After all, the sun will always be the central star of our system.
Regardless of whether the sunlight is stronger or weaker on certain days, it will always be present. That is why solar energy is considered clean, natural, infinite and renewable.
3. Reduced electricity bill
We should not forget the difference that the use of solar energy brings to the family budget, even more so when we talk about needy families.
4. Sustainability
As we mentioned, solar energy is clean (as opposed to fossil fuels) because it does not generate polluting residues and greenhouse gases. The sustainability of photovoltaic energy production is due to its natural generation process, which only needs solar radiation.
In addition, the installation of photovoltaic systems does not negatively impact nature – unlike hydroelectric plants, which need to flood huge areas, destroying the ecosystem in certain places and leaving many families homeless.
Our project seeks funds to benefit families with the assembly of a system consisting of a small solar panel, a smart circuit and a rechargeable battery. The parts are bought separately and the kits are assembled by hand to be installed in the homes of these families.
